Dulcie Horwitz A+ D, Architecture and Design

Dulcie is a licensed architect (#C-28941) She graduated with honors and a B-Arch from CCA in San Francisco. She was also awarded the Faculty's Award for Outstanding Achievement in Design. Dulcie is the owner of Horwitz A+D and has been in the business over 14 years. The first 8 of which was in the
San Francisco Bay Area; primarily working for the premiere architectural firm Holt Hinshaw Architects, where within 2 years, she was in charge of their  residential department.

Since 2003, she has been designing for discerning clients here in communities all over Southern California - from West Los Angeles, to Camarillo to Hollywood Hills, Calabasas, Simi Valley and so on. Completely bent on beauty,she is always looking for clients that crave the level of detail, passion and craft that she brings to her work.
