Bob Niesner, Legacy Construction & Development

As President of Legacy Construction & Development, Inc., Robert Niesner brings over 30 years of building experience to the company.  After having done undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, Robert formed his first construction company in February of 1979, which specialized in high-end residential construction.  His desire to learn as much about the construction industry brought him to expand his experience into multi-family housing, tract home development, commercial and industrial complexes, medical, food service and educational facilities, even historical restorations and complex earthquake retrofitting.

With hundreds of successful projects to his credit in all types of construction, Robert Niesner is proud to have had two projects profiled in Luxury Homes Magazine and Interiors Magazine.  One project of which won a prestigious Gold Nugget Merit Award from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

Robert Niesner also holds an active Real Estate Brokers license in the State of California, which he has used to purchase, sell, develop and manage many properties located in various counties throughout Southern California.

Administratively strong, having an eye for detail and a strong fiduciary commitment to his clients has allowed Robert Niesner to strengthen his presence in this very competitive industry within this high profile area of Southern California.  His recent merging of talents and experience with long time friend, associate and fellow general contractor Ronald Buccieri, Vice President of Legacy Construction & Development, is his most recent and most exciting venture to date.
